Dr herself didn’t have the best bedside manner, but she knew what she was talking about, but the service at the front desk was atrocious, they expected me to call the insurance office to verify my insurance, I reminded them that I don’t work for them and all that should’ve been done before the appointment was even scheduled, it sucks that I don’t get to see a good doctor like Dr. Bravo because of a issue with her staff, I hope this doesn’t affect her with other patients.
