Been here since August, building 9 has pretty much no issues, good neighbors all around. Office staff is superbly friendly and responsive, and the amenities are very nice. I get coffee from the Keurig almost daily lol. About as good as community living gets.
This place isn't "luxury" at all. Something is always broken and there is always an excuse. They can amend anything they want like gates and services. They don't ask for advise or input. Trash is the worst ever. Overflows every weekend. Not their fault Who schedules the pick up?
