Terrible experience with this arrogant lady who doesn’t really treat patients or address their needs.
I am a long time patient of Dr McCoy & I am so blessed to have her as my primary care physician, She is kind, friendly and thorough. Although I don’t see her often,she is always there to assist me, no matter what problem arises. God bless this dedicated and wonderful physician??
Awful, I had to wait a long time. I did not feel comfortable and would not recommend her to anyone. She didn't listen or treat me well.
Dr. McCoy is not only a brilliant doctor but a kind and caring person. She listens to everything I tell her and is always “present” in the moment. She never rushes me or makes me feel what I’m asking is not important. She is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had and I greatly appreciate her. Any concern I have is throughly reviewed and tested if necessary. I always feel positive after visiting her. She is one in a million and I am grateful she is my doctor.

Dr.Mccoy does not care about her Black patients. She is very nasty and rude. If you are looking for a nasty person she would be great but as a doctor she is the worse!
Terrible. Yes I was told to reschedule for no apparent reason and was mishandled by the receptionist as well. Dr. McCoy has no bedside manners and appeared to be condescending. The Krupa center also has too many people in an area that isn’t well ventilated. I will never visit this office again.
With severe arthritis of the hip, I am in need of a hip replacement & asked the Orthopedic Surgeon to approve an application for temporary disabled parking. They said I have to get that from my PCP. Chose Dr.McCoy for my PCP to ask for the parking permit. Dr.McCoy was very abrupt, making a lot of assumptions about my medical needs, wanted to schedule every kind of routine diagnostic procedure unrelated to my hip, and obviously did not review the info in my chart before the visit. Dr. McCoy may be an excellent Dr. however. I went on the 28th of Jan 2020 it was over 3 hours before I saw her. 2 other people were taking info and examining me. None of my records from my last Dr. was received and yet when the Dr. came in she assumed I had Diabetis. Heart problems and a slew of other things. I have none of these d maladies.
