Dr McCoy was rude and unprofessional. She ignored my wife’s UTI, which then became complicated. She also violated my patients rights told me that I did not have to join my wife in the room despite that my wife wanted me there. She also told my daughter that she was to blame when my wife got sick. I ended up filing a complaint with Cleveland clinic regarding these and other issues.
Dr. Dalia McCoy is an outstanding primary care physician. She is very attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned about her patients’ health and well-being. She takes the time to listen carefully, explain things clearly, and make sure all questions are addressed. I always feel that my health is in very good hands with her. I highly recommend Dr. McCoy to anyone looking for a caring and dedicated doctor.
Dr. Dalia has been my doctor for over 9 years. Being her patient has been a blessing, Dr. Mccoy is extremely pleasant and patient, she explains everything in detail. She cares about my health and is very concerned about the results of any tests I have done. I feel very fortunate and blessed to have her.
