Dalia was really helpful throughout the process of searching for a house. She was really flexible and could help us the times we were able to look at houses. One day we saw a house that caught out attention on the market and showed it to her, immediately we went to go see the house and immediately we knew this was the house for us but it was a bit out over our budget. Amazing realtor! Goes above and beyond! Doesn’t treat me as just a client but instead like family! Went through everything thoroughly and had a lot of patience with me. She’s amazing at what she does, she goes beyond by giving me lots of options and most importantly in my budget her negotiation skills are impressive, she was able to get government assistance for my down payment and $10k from the seller to use for my closing costs.
