Maybe your menu shouldn’t say gel is $5 additional and then actually charge $15, thus forcing my hand to pay with card - which, naturally, also has an associated fee.

I came in for a simple color change with my long nails, but one technician misunderstood and started removing them The miscommunication was frustrating, and the resolution—a 10% discount on my next visit—felt like an empty gesture since I have no intention of returning. I come to this nail shop often and booked an appointment for 1:00PM. I was seated and explained to the nail tech what i wanted and she began to do my nails. In the middle of my manicure while the slow spead is taking off my polish. A man walks up to my nail tech and tells her to move me over because her appointment was there. The nail tech them proceeded to move me over to the next table and immediately greeted her appointment and began doing her nails. I was left at the table with no communication and no information.
