Made an appointment online for 1130. I showed up at 11:30 was told they don’t make 1130 appointments. It was stated that they only do based on the hour yet. The website indicates and offers an 1130 appointment I was told I needed to wait 10 minutes. I booked this on my lunch so I had an hour I waited till 1210 and still nothing very disappointed with the level of service here this is my second time trying This location I did a gel overlay along with a pedicure.
