I went in with frozen shoulder after seeing multiple different doctors/ chiropractors/message therapists and I finally found relief! Krista is absolutely wonderful, kind, gentle and had the expertise and knowledge to help me relieve the pain and get my mobility back. I can’t recommend her enough. I am finally back to normal after suffering for almost a year.
Over the past couple years I've dealt with some pain in the lower back. A friend of mine recommended I go see Danielle here at Dalhousie H and W. She's the real deal ladies , gentleman and children of all ages. From the moment you walk in and say hello she greets her patients with the utmost kindness and sincerity.
