Awful experience on the phone. Belittled for a particular funeral arrangement I had chosen online. Tried to upgrade, and insulted again. If the arrangements are so inappropriate, why do you offer them in the first place? You need new customer service, you are in the wrong business. Very poor taste, very insensitive, especially for a funeral arrangement. Are you kidding? Too many other options to choose from, don't need to be insulted. Never again with your company...
