I took a chance and went to Daley Auto Tags because my registration was suspended. Sharon, the person who helped me couldn't have been more knowledgeable, explaining everything to me in a way I could understand, she was patient, engaging and went above and beyond. I highly recommend Daley Auto Tags for any service that is needed regarding vehicle and licensing needs.
I did not get the workers name, but she was there by herself and she was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She explained everything to my boyfriend and I and helped us transfer our titles and register our cars. She made something that seems so complicated so easy. Would definitely recommend coming here!
Very rude agent who would not help me even understand the next steps and advised me to just go drive illegally instead.
