They were great help me out a lot on my way Subaru windshield and now I'm going back for a rear one they did it on the spot during the very last hours of their business hours

BEWARE. Worst business interaction I've ever had. I give one star only because this app won't allow zero or negative. ... I was channeled to Dale's thru buying an aftermarket SUV liftgate glass. By the time I met "Dale" I had already paid over $500 to the online replacement glass outfit. Throughout the transaction, Dale often did not answer phone calls, stood me up for appointments, and ultimately did a horrible job. (I must say, he was friendly while providing abominable service.) Unfortunatly I have to add a star to review but this man deserves no stars what so ever he took 8 months to give me my windows after I had already paid for them he does not know what good customer service is it is RIDICULOUS how many times I had to call this guy and he would never answer his phone I had to call his dad to get his attention and after that he yelled at me for calling him he finally gave me my windows without installation which I also paid for so now I have to go elsewhere to pay for that this is beyond the wor... read more

HORRIBLE customer service. Not only was Dale hot headed but he did not do the job right and did damage to my vehicle. After swearing by his 15 years of experience it rained that night and my window leaked. Do not take your vehicle to him, his work is very unreliable and he will not take responsibility for the damage he WILL do to you vehicle! I only gave Dale's business a star because I had to or my review would not post.
Our family has taken multiple vehicles to him ALL with great results. The owner is friendly, and nobody can beat his price. We are repeat happy customers.
