Terrible customer service. Delivery driver did not knock on the door to ask where to drop 4 yards of topsoil so he dumped it in the middle of the driveway. Thanks!! I like having to take the day off work to move dirt. Landscape manager was full of excuses an no apology. Should have offered a refund on the delivery. Will be looking for another supplier for driveway stones if anyone has any suggestions
I was told when I purchased the sand that they would dump the sand in the backyard, but when the delivery man arrived he refused to drive into the backyard, dumped the sand on my driveway and left. I will never be using this company again.
Really great service and products. Their pricing is better than any other landscaping place near me and the quality is wonderful. The drivers are really conscientious when delivering the soil and have always put it exactly where we ask. We've been getting soil from them for several years in a row as we work on our landscaping projects.
I have not had issues with dales in the past however today I am a little irritated. I had some limestone delivered for a patio project and came home to find my cracks in my newly poured driveway from the delivery. I know I am not a pro at landscape supply so it would have been helpful to be recommended that this could have occured and not after the fact. I ordered 5 yds of top soil this past weekend. Ended up with 5 yds of clay. When I called Sue the Manager I basically got a response of too bad your stuck with it. I now have 5 yds of junk dirt in my front yard with no way or place to move it too. I should of read the reviews before I placed an order (low rating) or at least inspected the soil before they dumped it. Beware of doing business with this company.
Vanessa was awesome and responded to my questions in seconds on the company facebook page. Super helpful and it was 8am on Sunday moring and they aren't even open on Sundays. Thanks again
