I called for service. The guy stated they would be at the house between 9 and 9:30 on Thursday morning. At 9:55, I called to inquire why they were not here. The same guy stated, "Yeah, I know. I'll be there in about 20 minutes." I told him to forget it and called another electrician. He never apologized for not showing up on time, running late or for losing a customer.
Called at 9 am and was told they could be here at noon. They arrived promptly at noon. They were done in less than 2 hrs. The price was affordable. Will definitely use them again.
