I am very disappointed w/the owners of this co. I had REFURBISHED fan motor replaced for $460, the following day AC not working, My husband got up on ladder and pan full of water, he had to take a vet vac and drain water. for that price, tech shouldve made sure all aspects of AC were functioning properly-prior to departure. I placed 2 calls to owner and wrote a ltr of disappointment with no response. This is not good service; especially to a customer that has been with you for years.

At the time of service, our tech had came out and given you the options we had available to you at that time. The new motor needed for your unit was not available to us for up to 2 weeks. Our tech gave 3 options. 1. Replace the fan motor with a refurbished motor 2. Replace system with new ac system. 3. Wait for new part to come in and replace with new motor. htso he couldn't recharge it. He recommended I buy a new unit and told me it would not be worth it to repair my until. He gave me different payment options for a new unit, which would be $5200 before installation. I told him I couldn't afford a new unit and he used my garden hose to spray my coils and charged me $60 for a tune up. The next day, I called another company and the technician told me my drain was clogged and he cleaned it out. Waylon arrived on time, listened to our description of the problem, asked a few questions, and in fifteen minutes or so had checked our system, and restored its functionality. He explained what our problem was and how he had repaired it, plus offered suggestions for its future health.. The charge was the minimum. We could not have asked for a better or more professional experience.
