The customer service here is the absolute best ! I cruised in first thing in the morning during a cross country road trip - they took me right in and fixed my problem in no time ! The repair they made is still in place many months later .

Was driving from Missoula Montana to Yadkinville North Carolina. Was having transmission issues on a Saturday morning. I saw the billboard on I90 and called. Dustin answered on his cell phone. He met me at the shop, diagnosed the problem within minutes. I had to spend a couple days at a hotel, but they got it in Monday morning and was on the road by 1pm as promised. The bill was exactly what he said it would be. The rest of the trip was flawless. Thanks to Dustin and the whole crew for great service!!!!
Had some service work done here. overall was a enjoyable experience. affordable and staff was very friendly.
We were driving home from Mt Rushmore when the transmission in our Town & Country crapped out on us three hour from home. The team at Dale's took care of us. We got a ride home and when the work was done they delivered. They saved our bacon big time
