These guys are awesome! Had a grinding/squeaking sound on my tire. I called and they said bring it down and they got it in, fixed it (an easy fix), and I was on my way. Awesome customer service and love the mechanics!
I wouldn't recommend anyone who thinks it's ok to pull out in front of someone doing 80 on I-90 (at a U-turn spot) when they are less than a city block away. If my husband didn't SLAM on the brakes, it could have been an ugly scene. And when I called the office, they just said well he's out on an emergency call. Not cool at all!!
Our family rented an RV for a cross country road trip and on the second day it needed a new transmission. Luckily we were in Mitchell and found Dale’s! They were able to replace the entire transmission in one day and saved our vacation! They were friendly, extremely helpful, professional, efficient and did an amazing job! Thank you SO much!
Had a terrible noise in my pickup while in 4WD...they found the CV joint and U-joint. Fixed it that same day for a good price. While driving it home, a new and completely different noise gradually worsened. I called them, gave them my opinion of what it was and they said they could take care of it. They came out and picked up the vehicle from my farm and worked on it that same day. It was a different problem than what I had thought.
