I've never had to work so hard to give someone my money. I keep following up with the sales team to place my order, I've followed up with 2 separate members of their team to simply place an order. Been trying for weeks/months.

So I ordered a piece of molding from the West Hartford store when it finally came in there was no hardware Brian gave me some random track and said it would work When I got home to try it not even close I called and he said he’d call me back after he spoke with the warehouse Two weeks and no call I called and he told me hed call right back This is the best way possible to make sure a customer never comes back Maybe other store’s want customers to come back Nice Job Brian !!!!
