After contacting Dale arrived far faster than expected. Made repair quickly efficiently and checked other items in the vicinity and made some recommendations. The price was completely reasonable.
Dale was the best. I had an ongoing problem with my ground source heat pump. AC frozen and not working at the beginning of each summer. The installer had failed me for 4 years. I called Dale. He came. He investigated. He spent a lot of time on the phone trying to get my problem fixed. It was a big mess that Dale rectified. Very professional, easy to talk to, answered any questions I had. Called when they had to cancel my PM appt due to no heat situations elsewhere instead of just not showing up. Will definitely use them again.
