I worked with Ruth Murphy and I couldn't have asked for someone better! I was buying from 1500 miles away and as difficult as that is she made it an easy and smooth processs. She was extremely patient with me and let me go at my own pace. If she didn't know something she found it out. Ruth went above and beyond what was expected of her. Unprofessional, dishonest, misleading and unexperienced. Poor experience with Lisa Wetula. She listed a rental home for her son. She had no knowledge of his requirements for renting yet showed the house anyway. We were up front about our situation and wrote a letter to explain our interest and family. We had to follow up multiple times asking the requirements (income, credit) so we could know if we qualified BEFORE applying.
