Do not Rent from Dale Cheema!!! We rented at one of the apartments he purchased at West Wilson(family lived there for 20+years before Dale bought it). First of all we used to collect the rent and he let us use the extra space of parking for free for doing that favour. Next thing you know he is charging us $120 for parking there while still collecting the rent.
