I have always shopped at a major “custom” jeweler in Cincinnati for my wife’s jewelry. After taking her ring back for a 4th time in several years for repair, I felt I wasn’t getting the “custom” experience I was expecting. After looking around, I decided to give Dale a try and I’m more than happy I did. Dale’s service is great and his knowledge is more than adequate. If you are shopping for just something in the case or full on custom jewelry, you have to give Dale Robertson a try.
