I heard the receptionist tell Leah that she had to be done by a certain time. Leah didn't refill the reservoir for the ultrasonic cleaner. It became so hot that she dropped it and it hit my arm. I still have the mark from it. Dr. Leonhardt chipped my tooth with an instrument during his exam (It seemed like he did it on purpose by his behavior) I told him that I saw part of my tooth fly out. RecommendedDr. Dale spends a great deal of time making sure you are following his regiment of brushing, flossing, and using dental picks. He seems to take great pride in not having to put a lot of major work into his patients' teeth over the years who follow his advice. What a friendly, caring, and honest friend whom I am proud to call my dentist.
