I called before 8am with a problem, they had tech at my door by 930! Casey was very prompt and professional, he had the problem fixed and my house cooling back down in no time!! Highly recommended Dale and Lee’s and I also highly recommend Casey.

I have used Dale and Lee’s for years. They have installed and maintained my AC systems for years now. And today, when my AC stopped working suddenly, they sent a service tech that same day. Casey did a great job. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Juan Carlos Juarez-Lopez was our service man today.Our door bell was broken and my son didn’t hear him. But he thankfully called me on my cell and I called my son. He went above and beyond. He was nice polite and explained that things well. I have been using Dale and Lee’s for 17 years ever since I bought my first house. Well pleased all these years. Annual maintenance is great and saved me many ways I highly recommend doing this!
