Had Dale & Lee's install a new water heater in my home, located in a small closet off a small hallway. Mikey and Josh were able to get the old unit out and the new one in a lot easier than I would have thought possible. They did a great job and a nice job cleaning up as well. I will probably have them service it annually to get as many years out of the new one as possible. Local, Family-owned definitely makes a difference!

Had upstairs a/c system died and was so old there was no replacement parts, so they showed me a new complete system and what it would cost and could install it in a day when equipment was ordered. 10 days later all done, reasonable cost and the upstairs have never been so comfortable!

Every encounter with this company has been professional and positive. In the midst of a heat wave they had to triage many service requests and we had to wait a bit but their communication was great and the job was done well. They seem to really care about their customers.
