A/C went out at my house. They got me schedule and fixed up fast! Chris was nice and professional and answered all my questions! Highly recommend this company!
We called in the morning and the technician, Casey Nichols, was there same day. He was fast and professional. Fixed our problem quickly without trying to sell us a bunch of stuff we didn’t need. We will definitely be calling Dale and Lee’s if we have any future needs with our geothermal unit.
Great service, response and respectful to my family and home while on site. Would recommend for all service 10 out of 10 times.
It took a couple visits but they figured out my A/C problem and fixed it! It was not a simple problem but they got it done!
I called before 8am with a problem, they had tech at my door by 930! Casey was very prompt and professional, he had the problem fixed and my house cooling back down in no time!! Highly recommended Dale and Lee’s and I also highly recommend Casey.
