The staff is very friendly. They explain everything so well. Dr. Coy is a great doctor. I would definitely recommend GI Partners to friends and family.
Great place for procedure
Dr. Coy and his staff who tended to me, Alicia and Karen took very good care of me throughout the whole process. They answered all my questions and made it a high priority to make sure I was comfortable. Also an added plus is that the process from start to completion is a lot quicker. My previous was at a hospital, and I was there 3 hours there, I was under 2 here.
Very efficient. Made to feel very comfortable. Dr Coy was thorough and very friendly. Nurses Ashley and Vikki were a delight and very professional.
This was my second colonoscopy with Dr. Coy. It was my first visit to his GI Partners clinic in Lake Barrington. The nurses Alicia and Ashley were very professional, friendly, and helpful. Prior to the procedure, they explained very clearly what was going to happen, and put my nervousness to rest. Dr. Coy must have done an excellent job, because after I woke up, I knew nothing had ever happened. I highly recommend Dr. Coy and GI Partners.
I have been a patient of Dr. Coy since 2006. I recently scheduled a colonoscopy, at the Lake Barrington facility. The facility is modern and clean, with all health and safety protocols followed to a t. Even in the midst of a pandemic, I was completely comfortable having the procedure done. The Staff at GI Partners are excellent, they really enjoy their jobs and take care of their patients. They care for each individual and pay close attention to every little detail, and they also like to have fun by "mixing things up" and joke around with their patients, which adds a nice little personal touch. Dr. Coy and his staff were very professional. The Doctor & Nurses explained before and after my Colonoscopy everything that was going to happen. I would highly recommend Dr. Coy if any one is looking for a GI Doctor.
This might sound like a fake review because I am so positive about Dr. Coy and my experience under his care and the 2 nurses assisting him, Ashley and Joan. I was more than a little apprehensive about the procedure, but the professionalism, skill, and extra steps taken by all to make sure my fears were eased and that all of my questions were answered made a memorable impression. I highly recommend Dr. Coy of G. I. Partners in Lake Barrington.
