From Kelly who helped me make my appointment to Alicia who called to explain the procedure and stayed w/me when i returned after my colonoscopy to Holly who explained the whole procedure....fantastic service! they all were so kind and caring. and for the star, Dr Coy,..can't say enough about him. He's awesome!
I just had a colonoscopy yesterday at the GI Partners of Illinois Lake Barrington location. I wanted to post a review for others to see who are looking for an excellent physician to do the procedure. Look no further. From the initial phone call to make the appointment, to the follow up call today, I only experienced professionalism and kindness. Colonoscopy. Outstanding doctor and team. From setting appointment (I was a new patient) to communication prior to prep and appointment, the procedure and follow up, my experience was very, very good. A professional, caring group.
Recent Colonoscopy and EGD in Lake Barrington facility of GI Partners of Northern Illinois. This is a better location than having the procedure done in a hospital. Dr Coy is great and took the time to explain the upcoming procedure, then the findings afterwards. He is highly recommended. My only complaint is that the facility itself is very noisy in the patient holding area. Doctors can be heard consulting with other patients, diagnoses can be clearly heard. Inadequate privacy. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and professional. They made me so comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Coy and his staff for a colonoscopy. Ashley and Holly were two of my nurses and they were so nice.
