Everything takes longer with this office simply because they have too many clients anin't can't give them the proper tme other lawyers give you.. When the go file your papers for a hearing if they have already filed theur limit for that week your claim gets put on another list to wait.. The poster that said they delay as long as possible obviously didn't research the flow of process and time each process takes the ssa to make decisions or length of time they have to reply.And the info they send the atty is also sent to claimant at same time .I would have felt the same if I hadn't taken the time to do some real research on the process.And NO I'm not 1 of their employee's.If you want to blame someone or something look no further than politics !!!!
The Disability process is a nightmare to begin with, after 1st denial I met with an atty. at Buchanan's office to file my appeal. Their office never gave me a update, I had to call to see what the status was plusI had to submit monthly medical info to them for submission to SSA. The 2nd paralegal that completed my case was Tara and she was awsome and very compassionate.
