What a kind and caring professional! I am super impressed with the office visit my son had today. Everyone in the office was friendly, sincere, compassionate, and polite. If I could give a 6 star review, I would. My son was put at ease immediately. He was also highly respected and given personal, attentive space to discuss his concerns. It should be noted the appointment was easy to make by phone as well. Thank you, kindly.
Great doctor, terrible office staff. We saw Dr. King originally in Sharon as he had a city to city rotation. Fantastic. Had a procedure in Wexford, fantastic. His office moved to Erie, terrible. Nothing but problems. Cocky staff that can’t seem to help. I demand accountability. Sarah talked to me like a child and refused to even try to help me. She insisted that I file a complaint against her boss. I’m in total disbelief. That complaint is coming Sarah. Trash.
