Poor Communication We brought our truck to get repaired on a Saturday morning. We were told that it would be ready by noon. Their hours are from 8am ?? 5pm. Later that day we actually missed 2 phone calls by the Auto Repair place because we were away from our phone. NO MESSAGES were left. When we went to pick up our truck at 3PM the place was closed and our truck was gone. It was not in the parking lot or any of the bays. We actually called METRO to file a stolen car report.
