Poor Communication We brought our truck to get repaired on a Saturday morning. We were told that it would be ready by noon. Their hours are from 8am â 5pm. Later that day we actually missed 2 phone calls by the Auto Repair place because we were away from our phone. NO MESSAGES were left. When we went to pick up our truck at 3PM the place was closed and our truck was gone. It was not in the parking lot or any of the bays. We actually called METRO to file a stolen car report. Madison's little gem Very friendly, family oriented business. I always take my car here because I know that whatever is wrong, Mike will get it fixed and the price is always reasonable. I also never get the feeling they are trying to sell me on doing a repair, mike just talks to you like you're part of the family. This shop is a little gem. Highly, highly, highly recommend them.
Best auto repair shop In Nashville /Madison TN Like everyone else, my car repair experience has run the gamut - "repairs" that had to get redone, dealerships that tried to convince me my car needed thousands of $$$ of repairs and I should just buy a new one, even a Jiffy Lube that put a tire on wrong and nearly caused a catastrophic accident. I do not trust these people at all I need a diagnosis for several problems with my car. Had to take it in twice. Was told that they fixed everything. Come to find out they lied about fixing somethings and even put on parts that were refurbed, while putting on my receipt that it was brand new. This is illegal in TN. I had to go to another mechanic to get the car fixed. Found out much of the work wasn't done and that I was lied to about several things. Would Recommend to Anyone Dale Jrs Auto Repair is a great place to take your car for repairs. They are ver friendly and honest. I took my car in today and Dale called several places until he could get the cheapest price for a very expensive part that I needed. He has never tried to get me to do something that does not need to be done. Fair Repair for Women! I was referred by a tire store when I had to have some work done on an old secondary vehicle I own. I was a walk-in but theywwere still able to get to me the same day. I was very pleased not only with the service I received but also the price. As a single woman, it was indescribably refreshing to deal with an automotive shop where I didn't have to worry about being taken advantage of or overcharged. trustworthy I've had numerous experiences with Dale at Dale Jr's auto. This is a very good and honest company. They explain everything and offer ideas and options to save money where possible. I've had the following work done with excellent results. Head gasket replaced, rear main seal replaced. Valve cover gaskets replaced, rear axle bearings replaced, exaust modified, evap systems diagnosis and repair.
What a great place to go Dale and his employees are on the cutting edge and are great for the auto repair business. I don't think that I have encountered such professionalism in the past 10 years that I have lived in Tennessee. They fixed my car, were happy to fit me in at the last moment because it was my pregnant wife's car, and even took me home so I didn't have to wait.
