I would not hesitate to recommend Dale James as a builder. Dale just finished building our large custom home. The house turned out beyond our expectations....it's simply incredible!! My husband and I wanted to enjoy the experience of building our "dream home"and we did, with Dale as our guide. He always answered our questions and gave us options, always gave us enough time to make our decisions, kept the job moving forward without any delays, and was very knowledgeable of the costs of construction. He is well respected by everyone in the field. Dale is extremely competent, efficient, cost savvy and a wonderful guy to work with. He's the best.
I've worked as a design professional on a number of projects that Dale James Construction was the general contractor on and found them to be very accommodating to work with, great with clients, excellent sub-contractors and the best site superintendents around. I would recommend them unequivocally to anyone looking for an honest, quality general contractor.
