I booked a cleaning for January 22, 6 months ahead of time. The day before the appointment we had a freeze with a couple inches of snow and I got a message that the office would be closed the following day. The next day I get a call that the office is open, but my 4pm appointment was given away and the earliest I could reschedule for was June 11th.
