I had a dental emergency over Memorial Day weekend and Dr. Howard was repsonsive to my needs in getting me pain relief for the short term and then saw me the first day after the Holiday to diagnose. Very professional and compassionate experience.
My 11 year old daughter had an appointment yesterday with Dr. Josh and it was so stress free. He was wonderful. I especially liked that he talked to her directly, asking her the questions he needed to ask and really listening to her.Which made her feel in charge of her care. He did look to me for confirmation as the parent but I really appreciated him making her feel more than just a patient
What a great first experience! Everyone is so friendly and helpful!! I love that!! Good, friendly help is hard to find these days!! Nicole was great, very friendly and easy to talk to. I am one of the few who actually like going to the dentist, so I'm looking forward to my next visit! I think we found our new family dentist!!
I can't say enough good about the entire staff at your office! I have never wanted to go to the Dentist in my 49 years! I was a petrified of dentists, aweful child hood experience coupled with aweful adult experiences I basicly waited until I have needed a dentist to see one. The staff is always friending and smiling! They do great work and keep appointment times.
I had my initial examination and am very happy with the care and compassion the staff gave me. Luckily I am in "good" shape dental wise, but found out i need to plan for future dental work. I would rather know what is going on and JD Howard will maintain that good health and head off costly and painful problems later. They also have a one stop shop, if major work is needed, they have the tooling and experience to finish most work in a one time procedure. This is why i wish i had been a patient years ago.
