A couple times a year I go "home" to Mass and a couple of times a year I come home to JD Howard Dental. They are truly caring and professional. Always feel at home and valued as an individual.
As usual my visit to JD Howard Dental was as enjoyable a visit to the dentist as it can be. Not only was I met at the reception desk by smiling faces and my appointment was right on time. Everyone in this office is so friendly from the reception desk, to the hygienist, checkout desk and of course Dr. Benton and De. Howard. Dr. Josh and staff are just wonderful. This is a great practice for people like me who are terrified of the dentist. They really make sure you're comfortable and calm. I can't tell you how much I appreciate your kindness.

As always, my recent cleaning visit with Nicole was wonderful. She's funny, fun, and entertaining all while giving my teeth a full cleaning. A big "thank you" to a hygenist I will follow anywhere!
Yes, they are high-tech. Yes, the clinic is clean and modern. However, the best thing about this clinic are the people! Always a great customer experience either getting an appointment thru their website or with calling. Staff are always courteous and friendly. Dental hygienists and assistants are professional and makes you feel at ease. Both Drs. Howard and Benton are competent with great bedside (dental chair?) manners.
Whenever I know I have to go to the dentist, I get it in my head that I hate the dentist. However, whenever I go to JD Howard Dental, I am incredibly comfortable and relaxed. I think this has all to do with the staff. As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted by a friendly smile at the front desk. The friendly atmosphere is carried throughout your cleaning and check-up with the doctor. Great folks!
