As has always been my experience, the service at JD Howard was phenomenal! They treat you with such consideration and care. I only wish I had found them and switched over to their office sooner. I am all smiles after my recent visit with Christy. I was given a lot of new information regarding my diabetic dental care that I wasn't aware of. With my insurance I am entitled to a complete cleaning and exam every 4 months which I didn't know. I even had a fluoride treatment which I had never had done before. Thank you Christy for doing such a comprehensive job.
My wife and I had our first time visits this week. Very friendly. Everything explained in detail, including costs. Latest technology available. Had professional associates recommending this group. They had spoken very highly with their satisfaction. Was not disappointed at all.
From the time that the we set up our accounts for us and the kids, JD Howard Dental has been incredible. The easy text and email formatted reminders makes life easy with little interruptions. Christie is wonderful at performing my periodontal checkups and maintenance. She is very professional in her manner, knowledge and personal interaction. She shows great concern for my periodontal rehabilitation and always has ideas for new techniques and dental care methods to address my conditions.
I was not a patient at the practice, but had a dental emergency and was unable to see my regular dentist. When I called JD Howard, I was accommodated immediately (as in, I got an appointment within 20 minutes) despite not being a regular patient. At my appointment, everyone I encountered- the office staff, dental assistant, and dentist- were very friendly. The dentist took care of my issue, and overall I'm very pleased with the practice.
My first experience with JD Howard Dentistry was very comfortable, everyone went out of their way to be nice to me and get all the paperwork stuff out of the way quickly. My wait time was minimal and my hygienist Christie (hope I spelled it right) was great.
