I was very pleased with the thoroughness and explanation of the results of the initial examination. It is a very relaxed atmosphere which is very helpful when you are in a dentist office. Everyone is very pleasant and professional.
Thanks for all your wonderful care. I feel welcome at the office from the moment I walk in to the time I leave. Everyone has always been so nice. And I am NOT afraid to go to the Dentist! Now that is saying alot, because when I was in my 30's I use to shake even thinking about dental care! Thanks for the years of caring - gentle dental care!
I had a procedure done in September by Dr. Ben. The procedure was done successfully. Dr.Ben was very professional while also being personable. I'm very nervous about dental procedures but this office always makes me feel comfortable! Jessica was great also.Making sure everything was just right. Great office!!!
I really cannot say enough about this dentistry. Having inherited difficult teeth, finding a dentist that I feel comfortable with and trust is a tremendous relief. Christie, my hygienist, could not have been more knowledgeable or compassionate ( the best cleaning ever!). Dr. Josh, again, the same. The office staff was exceptional as well!
I've always received the best service and advise, and care regarding my teeth. I now live in Manchester, and I truly hate to think of leaving JD Howard Dental. Everyone is so nice and I know at some point I will have to make a change but until then, I will keep them as my dentist.
I always enjoy going here and the staff put you at ease.
My early experiences with dentists caused extreme anxiety, which led to neglect. When I first came to JD Howard Dental, I was treated with respect and compassion. I was able to have some much-needed procedures done under sedation. Now, I am pleased to say I did not need sedation for my latest visit! My hygienist, Lisa, does a fabulous job for me. Gives me excellent feedback on dental care. Gentle, but thorough.
I had a crown come loose and fall out of my mouth after eating candy @ Noon this past Friday, and I was leaving on a 2 week trip to Ireland the next day. When I called the girl on the desk, she said there was only one dentist available and they couldn't help me because they were closing @ 3. So I went up there and insisted that someone look at it...she reluctantly agreed, albeit saying it was going against their POLICY.
