I have been a patient for a number of years. I came from a "big" practice in Dover because Dr. Josh was so great the first time I saw him, I would never go anywhere else. They take their time, they ask how I am when they are working on things, they manage the situation. It puts me at ease and that is an accomplishment!
Absolutely every person I have met at JD Howard Dental is extremely nice, easy to talk to and comfortable to be around. Both the dentist and the hygienist I see regularly are not only the nicest people, but also exceedingly knowledgeable. It is very obvious that everyone "knows their stuff," and I truly feel like my needs and best interests are well taken care of. On top of this, the facilities are modern and always very clean. I am a travel nurse who found myself in need of dental work. I was happy that I was able to see someone the morning that I called the office after googling dentist in the area. Dr. Ben and Desiree took excellent care of me. Because I needed a wisdom tooth extracted, they referred me to an oral surgeon who also took excellent care of me. Thanks again Dr. Ben and Desiree!!

They seemed very keen on getting you to a level of understanding about your own teeth and mouth care. They took the time to explain everything until I could make an informed decision about what to do. You really feel like you're more in control as a patient and that you're in good hands. The staff are all incredibly friendly and you never feel like you're being rushed out of the place.
The Team at JD Howard Dental is the best! They are courteous, respectful, and fun. They are great at what they do and have alleviated my fear of going to the dentist. Thanks to them I feel like I am on my way to good oral health. Wish I had found them 30 years ago.
So far I am very pleased with what I have had done. Dr Ben is very nice and very thorough, he's done an excellent job on my crown.
