Very nice people to clean your teeth
Every staff person makes you feel welcome. Professionalism is key at J. Howard dentistry. Lisa is prompt, efficient yet warm and personal. The doctors take time to make you at ease. Superb!
My 15-year-old daughter broke off her two front teeth in a mishap one year to the day that she got her braces off. We were devastated. It happened on a Saturday. We called JD Howard Dental, and Dr. Marc called us right back. We texted a photo to him, and he calmed us down. I called the office first thing Monday morning, and Avery was scene a few hours later. Dr. Mark did his magic placing a new crown on a lower left molar. Painless, efficient, using the latest technology and with quality I’ve come to expect at this office. Everyone is cordial, friendly and professional in all interactions with me and others I’ve noticed. I’m very impressed.
I have been a patient at Howard Dental for many years and they continue to impress me with it's excellent service and professionalism. The assistants up front are always friendly and eager to answer any questions you may have. The dentists make you feel comfortable and thoroughly explain what the procedure is about. Best care I have had in the 55 years of going to a dentist.
I love all you guys! years ago I was terrified to go to a dentist, but ever since we moved to Dover in 1980 and found Dr. Howard I have had no fear! The new technologies are great, and the staff is GREAT!
