RecommendedI go to Dale Hardware for all my DIY needs. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and can always answer my questions, even if they seem trivial. Met a great plumber there too.
Fremont,CA- employees crowding and no six-ft respect. Called some employees out (I didn’t ask for help!), and they just laughed it off as “no one takes that seriously!” If my family gets sick, I’m taking it seriously and I certainly know you won’t be there to help. And you should always be in the business of taking that seriously. Big fat F for customer care. Disappointed is an understatement.
RecommendedProbably the easiest way to answer this question is to say, honestly, that I recommend everything about Ace Hardware! The people, who work there are tops!! They help out as much as they can, and they are ready to help at a moment's notice. I never go into the store without several people asking if they can help me find something. Then, if they do help me, they always know right where it is. (and that's just the beginning!!)
