Customer service is typically the BEST, except when they have an untrained person at the check out counter working alone. I lucked out and found two drought tolerant plants, on my last visit. Yay! I purchased them and wanted to pay for two propane tanks to be filled. My total bill was $110.00. I almost fell over. When I questioned the young man he said "yeah that's right" I asked him to check again. Yep that's right he said. After insisting again he asked person at customer service desk..... Bought a new drill driver here last week. Received really great customer service from the guy on the floor. Come to find out, Home Depot had the exact same drill driver on a sale for $30 less than what I paid. Went back to see if they would price match. Not only was I told no but, told, if I used the tool I could not return it. Said ok and left. Will take my business to Home Depot and Lowes from now on. Shame.
They've provided me with the right fix-up parts and great fix-up advice since I started shopping there in 1973. SERVICE. SERVICE. SERVICE!
