Cheap But Outdated I have lived at Dale Forest Apartments for almost 5 years. While we have never had any issues in the neighborhood, the apartment is EXTREMELY outdated! Rust is falling off of the deck above mine and lands on my lawn furniture (it is not safe to walk outside with shoes), the oven is constantly breaking, and spiders have made their appearance quite frequently even though we have a clean home. Perfect simplicity Dale Forrest is an excellent community expertly maintained. For our family it is a perfect place to call our own. None of the extra bells and whistles just to drive up cost of rent, just the basics: a nice pool, places for my our son to run around and make friends, well maintained common areas and friendly staff. Walking distance to many necessities including 2 grocery stores. All in all, perfect simplicity.
Starter Apartment This is a nice starter apartment in the suburbs in walking distance to the community center and commuter lot.
