What has prompted me to leave this review, is I recently received a rent increase of $200 PER MONTH with a lot of ignored outstanding work requests. I located a telephone number to submit a complaint directly to the Corporate Office of Bridge Property Management Company and sent a complaint text. I received a cryptic response email stating "someone would be in touch". Two weeks later, I received an email from a VP of Bridge Property Management in Utah (?) requesting how she could help.
