My experience was excellent. When I arrived the rep wasn’t able to locate my confirmation for my appointment but he told me not to worry about it and that he would take care of me-he did exactly that. I’m very appreciative of his effort. Thank you Antonio
Jennifer was very wonderful and knowledgeable service providers. She was very passionate about her job she took time to explain everything to me before and after. She has great customer service skills and I am glad she was my provider one thing that really stood out was the fact that she contacted me a few hours after I left to ensure that everything was okay. Got as long as I have done business with this company no one has ever done that. Awesome job Jennifer
Truly lacked communication, barely would respond to me or insurance agent and kept my car far longer than estimated. I had to extend my rental car twice and ended up having to use my brother’s car for the last 4 days after being told it would 100% be done the week prior. Would have been stranded with no car without my brother because I’m 20 and can’t get a rental without the insurance whom already got me a rental for the almost 3 weeks my car was there.
Came in today to see Jennifer Richards for an oil change. I was seen timely and was in and out of there. She made sure my service was thoroughly completed and I understood everything that was recommended. Its was a great experience. Thanks, Jennifer!
Teresa was amazing and the best Service professional I’ve ever experienced. After my son’s vehicle’s thermostat failed, causing catastrophic coolant failure and engine damage, Teresa gave me the proper advice on how to begin conversations with my warranty company. She then took the reins and worked back and forth with the warranty company for over a month, successfully winning the argument and ensuring my payout was legitimate and just.
