I had an excellent experience at this dealership. From scheduling service to arriving onsite, my advisor Paul Boccone was great. He explained everything that was needed and was up front on pricing. The corvette technician Terrick also sent me a video of my car and the work he performed explaining everything. Really great experience overall and will be returning for any future service needs.
I was coming into town for my daughter's wedding with a check engine light and losing mileage and needed my truck for picking up things the dealership got me a rental car and had my truck back to me in 24hrs that is excellent customer service thank you for everything thank you Paul
Our service advisor, Kristopher Cocke, did an outstanding job and really conveyed he cared. He provided excellent customer service. It may be the most helpful anyone at any service center has been throughout our time owning vehicles. We also appreciate him telling us about the special the dealership was offering for oil changes and maintanance. It provided great savings! We look forward to working with Kris again as needed for the maintanance of our Corvette.
