I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. At some of the other places I've been to, the chiropractor had super cold hands, so I was a little nervous I would have to deal with that here, but I didn't at all. I was more comfortable than I've ever been anywhere else. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism.
