I arrived early to my appointment, and was sent for procedure right away. The nurses were hospitable, and the mood was light. For both of my procedures, it was over before I knew it. They allowed me to stay until the anesthesia wore off, and also allowed my family member to stay with me while I was there. I had no major concerns about the procedure, got a very detailed synopsis afterwards, and would likely recommend him again.
Rude and unprofessional. Came in for advanced Hep C testing cuz my liver enzymes were high and they treated me like a drug addict. The nurse was even looking at my arms when she asked about me sharing needles and I said I don't do drugs. Then her expression clearly showed she didn't believe me. Follow up and they act differently, guessing because the blood work came out clean.
Had an appointment today to see Dr. Dalal for the first time. I made it almost a month ago, and even recieved and responded to their asking if I was still doing the appointment several days ago. Drove almost an hour to get to the office only to be greeted by a locked door, and a paper taped to it stating that Dr. Dalal was at a "satalite location", and to call their office to leave a message. He is the worst doctor ever seen, he puts u on meds u don't need that's how he makes his money...he works for those reps not for you...if u ask him questions, he treats u like your dumb!! I've heard him practically insult other patients, I don't even think he knows what he's doing.... I've been waiting 2 years for a diagnosis!!! N pushed for further testing...I was in sooo much pain, which he ignored!!! I questioned my symptoms n he ignored...
