Dakri was a great agent to work with. Very friendly and honest about everything. She wasn't afraid to speak her mind on each house we looked at and that helped us a lot being first time buyers. She did anything she could to work us into her busy schedule whenever we wanted to look at a home. She helped us find our perfect home and we absolutely love it!
Dakiri was great except!! When I called her to purchase my home she said she would give me a portion of her commission since I had all-ready found the home (via zillow) and secured my financing. All she had to do is the paperwork. She was great through the process and was very friendly and prompt. but when we closed and everything was said and done she denied the conversation and said it must have been a misunderstanding!!! Hi Tyler, I'm very sorry you feel mislead. My standard commission is 3% so I did discount it to the 2.5% you referred to. It is illegal for me to give kickbacks to Buyer's or seller's in any form after closing and I would never do something illegal and jeopardize my real estate license. I never lied to you, I said I would reduce my commission which in return I did. Dakri was very prompt at getting back to us. She is very knowledgeable about market value, quality of construction and the area. She will help you find what you are looking for. She worked with us for almost a year and kept looking for us until we found a house to buy!

Dakri did a great job at helping us to get our house sold. We couldn't have done it without our help. She was always there to help answer questions and helped us through the whole process.
