I loved my stay at this enchanting bed and breakfast. I couldn't have built a better place to stay myself. The hospitality was spectacular and the food was amazing! The house itself is a treasure and Jim and Carol are saints. It was better than I even hoped for.
Spent two nights at Dakotah Rose. The warmth and charm of the residence, coupled with the gracious hospitality of Jim and Carol, made for a wonderful weekend away. The rooms are spacious and the breakfasts were awesome! We won't stay anywhere else when we return to Minot and will highly recommend it to our friends and family.
Quiet. Bagged breakfast prepared for us as we had to leave early. Great room!
Staying at the Dakota Rose is a Victorian indulgence. All suites have air conditioning, are beautifully appointed and decorated with vintage furniture and beautiful linens. Parking is adequate and the wrap around deck is a lovely place to read and relax. Breakfasts are outstanding! The first morning we were treated to Cinnamon Peach French Toast and the next morning it was Homemade Quiche and scones. Both were very tasty! The Carrs are excellent hosts and their hospitality is highly recommended.

The Dakotah Rose is a trip to Victorian times with the beauty that surrounds you and the lucious breakfast that sustains you.

We had a very relaxing stay at Dakotah Rose and highly recommend it for others who find themselves in Minot. Beats a hotel room for sure! The Victorian home is a fascinating place, with things to look at in every corner. The Master Suite is a luxurious space, and the private balcony overlooking the massive yard was a place to sit, have a glass of wine, and recall all the goodness in our lives. Thank you for a wonderful stay, a stupendous breakfast, and gracious hospitality. I call this holy space.
