One star for portal access. This is the 5th portal i have added to my phone. NONE of the 5 work 100%. I'm on hold for 10 minutes now listening to music. Bring back the "bouncing ball", so I can sing along to pass the time or teach me a foreign language, I'll be fluent before I get help.
Amazing staff. They rescued me when another provider in Sioux Falls left me to treat my wound myself after surgery. Two weeks and things have improved immensely. Highly recommend. I finally was able to heal enough to graduate. Betsy & Jen are amazing!
Everyone who I encountered at Dakota Vascular was very inviting and kind. They made the whole experience very comfortable and easy. They contacted insurance and took care of all the pre authorization for a vein ultrasound too. Some medical offices can be awkward and uncomfortable. This one is the total opposite! I highly recommend them.
