I don't think they put the fence on the property line. They breached our contract by not removing posts (see below). We hired Dakota Fence in 2010 to install a 4-ft tall chain-link fence. We paid for them to do a land survey at that time. We hired them now (2026) to demolish the chain-link fence and install a 6-ft tall vinyl panel fence because my daughter, who has autism, elopes.
