Friendly atmosphere. Would definitely stay again. Next time will reserve earlier to avoid small room but overall thoroughly enjoyed.

Awesome place. Worked me in on Sturgis week when I was in a bind. And didn't try to charge me $200-600 like some of the ones down the road did.

The Dakota Spur is a charming motel in Lead South Dakota. The owners and managers were on site and helped customers with even the smallest details. The rooms clean, well decorated in a western theme, the beds very comfortable. I slept very well. I'm yet to visit the breakfast bar down stairs. We plan on spending one more night in town. It's Neutrino Day in lead SD. The town will be full of people and scientists.
Love this little place! Met the owners and they are very friendly and personable. The staff was great and helpful. Rooms are cozy, neat little rec area and unique feel! Will definitely revisit! Highly recommended
