Super disappointed with our last experience. Which was completely different from the first two. We had different people this time doing my sons exam when he was just shy of 2. They didn't ask me if we were doing fluoride treatment and swooped in and put it on his teeth! He had just had that at his doctor appointment. Was not happy about that at all. And they were so ruff with him that I had problems with him bawling every time I went to brush his teeth for over a month! We never had an issue before this. The approach these s... read more
Charged me $400 just to look at my teeth and take pictures of them. Didn't clean them which was the reason why I was there, didn't do anything to fix them, just looked at them and gave me a bill of $400. The entire visit, the woman who was looking at my teeth was trying to convince me to buy various toothbrushes and things that the dentist office sold, which I could find for half price on Amazon. This place just wants money, they aren't here to help your teeth.
