I'd never used Dakota Ridge Auto when I recently took my '99 Honda Accord in for an oil change/tire rotation/check engine light using a coupon special. I was satisfied w/the service. The mechanic and desk rep answered my questions knowledgeably. After a suggestion to include the Valvoline engine additive to lubricate/prolong its' life, I'm pleased I did. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would!!! Seriously this shop is amazing. I am in a customer service centered business myself......and I seriously doubt I could come close to providing the customer service that they do. I personally dealt with TJ several times, and let me tell you, he is AMAZING!
