I had to end my lease a month early because of a work transfer, I gave them 30 days notice that I had to move and they understood and I was let out of my lease without penalty. My experience with Ms. Bisbee and Dakota PM Corporation has not been a positive experience. From the beginning I was insulted and lied to and I would not recommend this company or its properties to anyone. My husband and I rented a town home from Dakota PM Corporation and we were told when we signed the lease that if we paid our rent on time for 3 months they would replaced throughout, as it was in very poor condition. Do NOT waste your time with this company. Even if you think you've found the perfect rental, this company will ruin every aspect of that in the long run. The customer service is horrific, the manager Paula will not respond to calls and will even go as far as breaking rental laws to collect money. You will never see your deposit again and due to the fact they take cash only deposits there will be no record of such transaction.
